You will be working with a small team from our showroom in Woodstock, assisting architects, designers and clients with theirs custom requests and designs, as well as coming up with fresh concepts and designs for our product collections. You will work alongside our manufacturing department to ensure designs are made to spec and finishes are quality controlled.

GENERAL DUTIES
• Client assistance and liaison: walk-in clients, emails, phone calls, etc.
• Planters and plant recommendations according to specifics
• Client consultation and site visits
• Client proposals + mood boards
• Concept + design
• Quotation of custom designs
• 3D models, Match Photos, renders
• Manufacturing drawings from client specifications
• Quality Control assistance; custom items and in-house designs
• Sourcing new components, materials and suppliers
• Ad-hoc administration and errands
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / PERSONALITY TRAITS
The ideal candidate MUST have the following experience / skills / personality traits:
• Degree or Diploma in Industrial Design, Interior Design, or Interior Architecture
• Min 2 years of industry experience
• Proficient in SketchUp, Solidworks, KeyShot, Adobe Illustrator (or similar)
• Knowledge of manufacturing materials; mainly sheet metal and timber
• Basic photography skills
• Basic knowledge of plants
• Client Liaison experience (telephonic, administrative and in-person)
• Organised
• Good time management skills
• Thorough communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage various project/tasks
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Technically minded
• Creative and innovative
• Professional etiquette; in person and communication channels
• Ability and personality to be part of a small team, and manage responsibilities accordingly
